PayWall SMS/MMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

By opting into SMS/MMS messaging services with PayWall (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Messaging Terms”). These terms govern the use of SMS/MMS messaging services provided by PayWall and apply to all users who have opted in to receive communications via text messaging.

1. Opting In
   – By providing your phone number on our Platform, you consent to receive SMS/MMS text messages from PayWall, including but not limited to notifications, account updates, promotional content, and other information related to your use of the Platform.
   – You understand and agree that SMS/MMS messaging may be subject to standard text messaging and data rates charged by your mobile service provider.
2. Message Frequency
   – The frequency of messages will vary depending on your interaction with our Platform and your preferences. You may receive messages related to account activity, payment notifications, content updates, or other announcements and marketing communications.
3. Opting Out
   – You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message received from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
   – To re-subscribe to our messaging services, you can opt-in again through your account settings or by contacting us at admin@ipaywall.com.
4. Message Delivery
   – Delivery of SMS/MMS messages is not guaranteed. The service is provided on an “as is” basis, and we are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Factors affecting message delivery may include your mobile service provider, device capabilities, or network availability.
5. Cost and Fees
   – PayWall does not charge for SMS/MMS messaging services. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service provider’s plan. By participating in our SMS/MMS messaging services, you agree to pay any charges assessed by your carrier.
6. Supported Carriers
   – Our SMS/MMS messaging service is supported by most U.S. mobile carriers. However, we are not responsible for messages that cannot be delivered due to a carrier’s restrictions or any other factors outside of our control.
7. Privacy
   – By providing your phone number and opting into SMS/MMS messaging, you consent to our use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not share your phone number with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
   
   8. Prohibited Use
   – You agree not to use our SMS/MMS messaging services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to transmitting inappropriate, obscene, or fraudulent content.
8. Changes to Messaging Terms
   – PayWall reserves the right to modify these Messaging Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our SMS/MMS messaging services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
